Scientific Ocean Drilling New Science Plan Draft

Instructions for Reviewers

The Integrated Ocean Drilling Program seeks comments from the scientific community on the draft of a new science plan that will guide scientific ocean drilling and related observatory science for a decade starting by late 2013. The input from the wider community to this science plan is of utmost importance to ensure that this document has broad support. This public hearing period is running for four weeks from August 24 to September 21, 2010. Comments received after the deadline may not be considered. The draft science plan is listed below in PDF and RTF format. An Excel sheet that can be used for submitting comments is also listed below, as is a widely distributed invitation letter ('doc' file) to submit comments and a file providing some guidance and background information ('doc' file).
